Muhammad Akram, 47 years old is a patient of varicose veins. The diagnosis suggests that Akram has varicose veins in his right leg. Due to this disease he is unable to work properly or lift weights.

He has undergone an operation of Para umbilical Hernia on October 17 through Transparent Hands in AMC hospital. But soon after his surgery he started feeling symptoms of varicose veins including blood clots, chronic venous insufficiency and pain in legs.

Akram has visited many government hospitals. Not a single visit benefited as they kept on delaying the appointment for his surgery. His symptoms are starting to get severe therefore he needs an immediate solution for that. The only solution is the surgery, which is out of his affordability.

He works as a craftsman and hardly makes up to 5,000 PKR a month. His son works as a laborer in a factory and earns 15,000 PKR a month that makes 20,000 PKR in sum. Akram lives in a 2 bedroom rented house with his wife and children –one daughter and two sons among whom one is married.

Muhammad Akram 47 years old man was presented with painful ulcer and prominent veins on his right leg. He was diagnosed with Varicose Veins of his leg for which surgery was advised. His Trendelenburg’s operation for right leg’s varicose veins was done in Akram Medical Complex on 20-08-19 by Dr. Ahmed Fawad. He had good post-op recovery and remained admitted for two days in hospital. He was discharged pain-free and in perfect health.
