Muhammad Hamza is the only child of his parents. They are living in a small house in Sialkot with 12 other family members. His father works as a tailor on daily wage and earns around 600 rupees a day only. He struggles to manage his household expenses and ongoing treatment of his child.

Muhammad Hamza is a born patient of undescended testis. He didn’t feel any symptoms in first few months but as he grew up, he started experiencing severe pain. His parents took him to various hospitals in Sialkot but this poor child couldn’t get relief from anywhere. Doctors told them that Muhammad Hamza needs to undergo surgery to correct its position and fix it. This poor family hardly makes both ends meet. They are unable to pay for the surgical expenses of their child. At the same time, they cannot see him suffer because of pain every day. They visited a special hospital in Lahore for free of cost surgical treatment. Doctor gave him waiting time of 2 years but Hamza cannot wait for that long as his pain is increasing with each passing day.
