Donate Muhammad Shakeel for his Open Heart Surgery
Muhammad Shakeel's Story
“We cannot let Shakeel die just because his father does not have the ability to pay for his surgery. We need to come forward and make a kind donation today to save an innocent life.”
Muhammad Shakeel is an 11 years old boy who was born with congenital heart disease. He was diagnosed with the disease when he was only 4 years old but unfortunately, doctors at a local hospital misguided them by saying that it wasn’t serious at all.
Shakeel’s heart condition deteriorated as he started to experience terrible symptoms like shortness of breath, rapid heartbeats, and paleness. He has frequent fevers. He also bleeds from his nose and mouth occasionally whenever he coughs up.
Shakeel’s father took him to many private and government hospitals for relief but they never gave surgery date. He visited an organization for support in operation and they referred the patient to Transparent Hands for free surgery.
Shakeel’s father works as a garbage picker and earns only 5000 PKR per month. He has 5 sons and 2 daughters. All his sons are unable to go to school due to financial hardships. Among his 2 daughters, only the elder one is married and is living separately with her in-laws. The whole family is living in a small tent in a miserable condition. They have no access to facilities like electricity, gas, water, or sanitation.
Shakeel’s father is struggling day and night to fulfill his family’s basic needs but paying for his son’s medical expenses and surgery is impossible for him.
Poverty cannot be the reason for Shakeel’s death.
He is already living in a critical state and now needs our help to survive. Your urgent donation is too valuable for him. This 11 years old boy wants to go to school and become something in life so that he can take his family out of their miserable living condition. Only you can turn his dream into reality.
Donate for his surgery now!
