Donate to Shazia Amir Shah for her Prosthesis
Shazia Amir Shah's Story
“It is so hurtful to see my dear mother disabled. She lost her leg in a road accident, in 2018. I can no longer see her drag herself around. Please end her disability by donating for her.” – Shazia’s son requested.
Shazia is 52 years old. In June 2018, she had an accident and as a result her left leg was amputated. This left her disabled for life.
Shazia is separated from her Husband. She lives with her two sons and a daughter in a small rented house, with monthly rent of 6000 PKR. One son is married while the other two children are single. The daughter is studying and both the sons are laborers. They earn about 15000 PKR each month.
Shazia has become dependent even to move around the house. She needs a prosthetic leg to ease walking. The low income of her sons, however, does not allow them to afford the expenses of artificial leg.
Luckily, they got to know about Transparent Hands and appealed for help.
Shazia is due to get her Prosthesis at Hope Rehabilitation Center, through Transparent Hands. Kindly donate heartily for Shazia and enable her to overcome her disability.
