Sobia’s husband works at a restaurant and hardly earns around 400 rupees a day. In such meager income, it is very hard for them to pay the school fees of their kids and also for the household expenses. Just recently, Sobia has started feeling ill due to which their expenses have increased.
Sobia is suffering from swelling in front of her neck – goiter for 6 years. Her husband took her to many local hospitals but she didn’t get relief from anywhere. Doctors gave her medications but that only provided her relief for a short time. Recently, she underwent a few tests and it turned out to be Cold Nodule Thyroid Gland. Doctor advised her to undergo surgery to treat this disease but they don’t have enough money to pay for the surgical cost. They are already struggling with meeting their day to day expenses. Sobia suffers severe pain in her throat and she also feels difficulty in breathing.
Luckily, this family came to know about Transparent Hands through someone and they immediately came here. Sobia is scheduled for her surgical procedure in a few days at Akram Medical Complex. Her surgery will not be possible without your kind support.
