Bakht Biland Khan's Story
Bakht Biland Khan, 54 years old, has been experiencing acute chest pain for the past week. He sought help from a local hospital where his routine tests and ECG was conducted. The tests indicated an abnormal heart condition and Bakht’s doctor suspects he has ischemic heart disease. He has recommended Bakht to arrange for angiography, so that his heart condition can be thoroughly investigated and treated accordingly. However, Bakht is unable to manage the financial costs of this procedure without external help.
Bakht works at a small shop in Mardan, earning 15,000 PKR/month. He lives with his family of five in a two-bedroom house he inherited from his grandparents. All of his family is dependent on him, so his entire income is spent solely on taking care of them. He has no resources to spare for himself, which is why he and his family have contacted Transparent Hands hoping for a free procedure.
“It is my earnest request to everyone to please help my father. He is our entire world and we cannot bear the thought of something happening to him.” – Bakht’s daughter
We would like to assist Bakht as soon as possible before his disease progresses any further. To proceed, he requires urgent donations from you and any help that you can send his way will be greatly appreciated!
Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full. Hospitals have granted us a grace period for bill payment.
