Haider AlI's Story

Haider Ali, 1.5 years old, started developing swelling, pain, and irritability in his right inguinal area about 6 months ago. He was diagnosed with a right inguinal hernia and has been advised right herniotomy surgery to fix it. Owing to his family’s financial constraints, he cannot have the surgery and is being forced to stay with the pain and discomfort at such a small age.

“Haider cries and is irritable all the time. He barely eats anything anymore. At night, it is so difficult to put him to sleep because he is in constant pain. My little boy is suffering and I am helpless.” – Haider’s father.

Haider’s father works as a driver and manages to earn 15000 PKR a month. He is the only earning hand in the family and this income proves insufficient each month even to buy basic sustenance; he cannot afford to pay for his son’s medical expenses. Haider’s father sought help at various local hospitals for free surgery but was unable to get an appointment. He then learned of Transparent Hands and registered his case.

For Haider to have his surgery, your assistance is absolutely vital. Please consider donating to him.
