She had her previous childbirths through C-section but this time, the doctor has warned us that their lives are in danger and I’ve to take extra care of them. 39 years old Irshad Bibi always wished to have a daughter. Since she learned about her 4th pregnancy, she is constantly praying for a baby girl. Little does she know that her condition is not normal and a little negligence could result in severe complications.

Irshad Bibi gave birth to her 3 boys through an operation. This time again, the doctor has recommended her a C-Section for smooth delivery of her baby. Her previous deliveries were funded by her mother as her husband isn’t financially capable to bear the costs. Unfortunately, her mother has died and now, they are struggling to arrange money for her delivery. Irshad’s husband is a laborer and hardly earns around 500-600 PKR a day. In this meager amount, they manage to feed their children and provide them education.

Irshad Bibi’s husband went from door to door for help but every time he returned empty-handed. At last, a doctor in their district informed them about Transparent Hands and the couple immediately contacted and appealed for free delivery.
