Donate to Muhammad Falah for His PSARP Surgery
Muhammad Falah's Story
“My son was born with a birth defect and he has had a surgery done. He now needs a final surgery, but we do not have the resources to afford it. Please help us. Your kind donations will enable him to start living a normal life.” – Muhammad Falah’s mother.
3-year-old, Muhammad Falah was born with anorectal malformation – a defect in which the anus and rectum don’t develop properly since birth. He had his first surgery at a local hospital in Lahore when he was only a couple days old. This surgery was a stoma constructive surgery, and after that surgery Falah now needs another surgery to complete the procedure.
At the age of three days, his stoma colostomy was made at a local hospital. The doctors advised him a final PSARP surgery to completely cure him of his birth defect.
The hospital which did his colostomy scheduled him for his second surgery but kept on delaying. Luckily, his parents came to know about Transparent Hands and Falah’s final surgery, posterior sagittal anorectoplasty (PSARP) is scheduled to be done through Transparent Hands.
Falah’s bowel opening in the abdomen is impacting his social life, negatively. There are small rashes on his skin as he cannot maintain personal hygiene like other children.
Muhammad Falah has two brothers and a sister, and all are school going except him. His father is working day and night in a foreign country to able to provide for his family. Working in Saudi Arabia, Falah’s father manages to earn PKR 50,000 a month. His income may seem a lot, but he has a big family to support including his parents, two sisters and his wife and kids.
Transparent Hands is supporting him for his PSARP surgery. And we need your generous donations to be able to do so.
Muhammad Falah is scheduled for his PSARP surgery in the coming days. Please donate for him, once again. This final surgery will help him start a normal life and let him fully enjoy his childhood.
