8 year old Muhammad Fazzal Abbas is a student of grade 2. In the age when he should be enjoying his childhood, he is visiting hospitals. Fazzal was born with Coronal Hypospadias – the opening of his urethra is not at its normal site, resulting in difficult urination.

Initially, his disease didn’t bother him much but now, he frequently experiences abnormal urination. Due to this, he often remains absent from school which is affecting his studies. His father, a daily wager laborer, doesn’t earn enough to pay for his treatment. They approached several hospitals for free treatment but due to influx of patients, they are unable to provide him surgical treatment soon. Fazzal is unable to live a normal life like his siblings.
