Muhammad Haroon's Story

Muhammad Haroon, aged 3, was born with penoscroctal hypospadias – the opening of his urethra is not at its normal site, resulting in difficult urination. He frequently experiences abnormal urination due to this. In order to correct this condition, three consecutive surgical procedures are required, two of which Haroon has already undergone. He now requires the final procedure of urethroplasty to make his urine passage function normally.

Haroon’s father works abroad as a laborer and manages to send home enough money to cover the day to day expenses of his wife and son. Currently, Haroon and his mother are living in a joint family system with his uncle, who is also partially supporting them. However, neither his father nor his uncle can support the cost of his surgery and have put in a request to Transparent Hands to help them.

Haroon is still young enough to have this repair surgery. But if not treated in time, he could face severe problems in the future.
