Muhammad Ikram's Story
“I cannot thank God enough for blessing me with Ikram. Ever since Ikram’s father died, he has taken responsibility of me and his younger brother. He is struggling day and night just to provide us a better lifestyle. But these days, my dear son is suffering from a lot of stress and pain. I don’t know how to arrange money for his treatment. I cannot see him writhing in pain every day. Please help him.” – Ikram’s mother
27 years old Ikram has always dreamed of completing his education but unfortunately after his father’s demise, he had to quit his studies for work. Now, he works as a daily wage laborer earning around 12,000 PKR a month. His income may not be high but it’s sufficient enough to provide food and shelter to his mother and brother. He is also bearing the cost of his younger brother’s studies.
These days, Ikram is going through a tough time. He underwent surgery for renal stones a few months back in which a stent was placed. Now, his stent has started to cause him health issues including urination difficulties and the doctor has advised him to get the stent removed.
You’ve helped Ikram in his previous surgery and he is hopeful that you’ll not let him down this time too.
“I idealize my brother. He always pushes me to study hard and become something in my life. I wish I had money to treat my dear brother but I’m unable to do anything.” – Ikram’s brother
