Muhammad Shehroz's Story
“When Shehroz was born, our lives were filled with happiness but it only lasted for 7 months. My baby is going through so much pain since then and I’m unable to comfort him. I’m longing to see him smile again. Your support can save my son’s life, it will give him a chance to enjoy his childhood.” – Muhammad Shehroz’s mother 3 years old Muhammad Shehroz lives in a small town of Mian Channu with his parents and 2 siblings. Shehroz loves to study and cannot wait to start his school but his painful disease is not letting him live a normal childhood like his siblings.
Shehroz was only 7 months old when he was diagnosed with Rt. Inguinal Hernia. Initially, he felt little pain and took medicines for relief but after a few months, the pain in his groin increased and he couldn’t even walk. His parents immediately visited a hospital where the doctor advised surgery to remove the hernia. Shehroz’s father is a driver and earns only 17,000 PKR a month. His brother’s family is also depended on him for their day-to-day expenses. Shehroz’s father is devastated as he cannot pay for his child’s treatment.
During one of their visits to a doctor in their locality, they learned about Transparent Hands and reached out for help.
Shehroz’s childhood cannot be compromised just because he was born poor. He needs our kind attention and financial aid for his healthy and stable future.
