Shoukat Ali's Story

40 years old Shoukat Ali has been living in a miserable condition for the last few years. One of his kidneys has become non-functional. His other kidney has stones in it and only surgery could remove the stones and stop this kidney from failing.

Unfortunately, just when he was undergoing checkup for kidney, he was diagnosed with heart disease. Shoukat had no idea that he had been suffering from a weak heart that required urgent treatment.
