3 years old Usman Ali has been suffering from Sub Coronal Hypospadias – the opening of the urethra at a location other than the tip of his genital organ. He was diagnosed with this disease when he was born. Doctors informed his parents to be prepared for his surgery. Without surgical treatment, he may face repeated urinary tract infections. It can also cause infertility.

Usman’s father is unable to bear the cost of his surgery. He works as a laborer and earns around 15,000 PKR a month. He has one younger sister. This family lives in a small town of Sheikhupura in a joint family system. Usman’s parents have taken him to several hospitals but all of them demanded a huge amount of money for his surgery. When nothing worked in their favor, someone told them about Transparent Hands and they came to Lahore for their son’s treatment. This little boy is now looking forward to your help which could bring him back to normal life.

Usman Ali 's Story

Usman Ali, 3 years of age, was suffering from hypospadias, resulting in genital deformity. He was advised surgery to correct the defect. His surgery was done at Akram Medical Complex, on 15-11-19, by Dr Naveed Haider. His total urethral mobilization and advancement was done. He remained admitted for 2 days and had good post-operative recovery. He was discharged and followed up on until he started voiding urine from the normal passage.
