Zain Ali was diagnosed with the Hirschsprung disease the moment he was born. Since then he has been suffering which does not seem to end. For his treatment his father has been taking him to several government hospitals with no effective results. Doctors have advised him to undergo a Pediatric surgery as soon as possible but the monthly income of his father is insufficient to afford the medical treatment in private hospital.

Zain Ali has one younger sister and his father works as a labor who hardly earns 15,000 PKR a month. They live in a 2 Marla house with joint family. In this monthly amount of income his father bears expenses of daily household necessities alongside Zain’s hospital visits to cure his birth defect.

Amid of this hopeless struggle for Zain his father considered it and visited our office. All the necessary tests have been conducted already in the Transparent Hand’s office but Zain Ali needs to undergo a surgery, which can be done with your help. Zain Ali's Story

Zain Ali, 3 years old, had intestinal obstruction due to Hirschsprung’s disease. His colostomy was made in an emergency surgery a day after his birth. He was advised Duhamel pull through surgery to remove his affected large intestine. Zain’s surgery was done at Akram Medical Complex on 04-10-19 by Dr Naveed Haider. He stayed for 5 days, recovered well during his hospital stay and was discharged in good health.
