Hafsa Rani's Story

Hafsa Rani, a three-year-old resident of Bahawalpur, has been facing the challenges of sensorineural hearing loss since birth. Concerned about their daughter’s condition, her parents took her to the nearest hospital, and after undergoing several tests, the doctor recommended her cochlear implant surgery.

Hafsa and her family reside in a 5-marla house, alongside her parents and one sibling. Her father serves as the sole breadwinner, earning a monthly income of 48,000 PKR. With this limited income, Hafsa’s father shoulders the responsibility of meeting the family’s daily expenses, grocery bills, and utility bills. Sadly, due to an ongoing financial crisis, he finds himself unable to afford the necessary surgical expenses for Hafsa’s cochlear implant.

With deep sincerity, Hafsa’s father, burdened by financial hardships, humbly appeals, “I implore you to lend your helping hand and grant my daughter the precious gift of hearing through the cochlear implant surgery.
