Enable Reena to Embrace Motherhood with a C-Section

Reena Tanveer's Story
Reena Tanveer, a 30-year-old woman from Hyderabad, is currently over 30 weeks pregnant and anxiously awaiting the safe delivery of her child. Her previous experience with childbirth was a heartbreaking one. While giving birth to her first baby, she encountered complications during labor that led to Intrauterine Death (IUD). That tragic loss left deep emotional scars, and since then, Reena has experienced a constant fear of losing another child. Determined not to go through the same trauma again, she recently visited a gynecologist for a checkup. After evaluating her medical history and the risks involved, the doctor has recommended a planned C-section for the safe delivery of her baby.
If Reena does not undergo this medically advised C-section, she may face life-threatening complications, such as uterine rupture, fetal distress, or obstructed labor. These complications can put both Reena’s and her unborn child’s lives in serious danger.
Unfortunately, Reena and her husband are unable to afford the cost of the C-section. Her husband works as a daily wage laborer and earns only PKR 15,000 per month, which barely covers the family’s essential needs. Their monthly utility bills total PKR 3,000, and food expenses leave very little to set aside for unexpected medical expenses. With no other source of income or financial support, the couple is struggling to find a way to afford this life-saving procedure.
Reena expressed her plea as follows:
“I’ve already lost one child, and I cannot bear to lose another. This surgery is my only hope for bringing my baby safely into this world. However, we can’t afford it. I request you to be generous and support my C-section.”
Your kindness can make a life-changing difference for Reena and her unborn baby. With your generous contributions, she can receive surgical care and embrace motherhood with joy.
Let’s join hands and ensure Reena delivers her baby safely this time.
