Enable Shaista Aneel to Undergo a C-Section

Shaista Aneel's Story
Shaista Aneel, a 34-year-old woman from Karachi, is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her fourth child. She is 34 weeks pregnant and has previously undergone three C-sections for childbirth. Due to the complexity of her medical history, her doctor has recommended a fourth C-section to ensure the safety of both mother and child. However, the cost of the surgery has become an overwhelming burden for her struggling family.
The doctor has warned that delaying or avoiding the C-section will result in serious risks to both Shaista and her unborn child. It may lead to uterine rupture or other life-threatening conditions during labor. Timely surgical intervention is crucial for their survival and long-term health.
Shaista’s husband holds a private job and earns just PKR 30,000 per month. He is the sole breadwinner in the family. They live in a modest rented home, paying PKR 6,000 for monthly rent. Their two sons attend school, and the associated expenses add to their financial hardships. Despite doing everything he can, her husband is barely able to make ends meet. Due to their current financial situation, affording the expenses of a safe delivery is impossible for them. Shaista and her family are facing this critical time with fear and uncertainty. They have turned to Transparent Hands and asked for help.
Shaista expressed her heartfelt plea as follows:
“I am concerned about my baby’s safety. However, the cost of surgery is far beyond our reach. My husband is trying his best, but we can’t afford this C-section. Help us through this difficult time. Your support means the world to our family.”
Shaista is counting on your kindness. With your help, Shaista can deliver her baby safely and return to her children with her newborn in good health. We ask you to be generous and contribute for Shaista’s C-section.
Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website.
