Ensure Fizza Naz’s Survival with Heart Surgery

Fizza Naz's Story
Fizza Naz, a 6-year-old girl from Karachi, has been facing serious health challenges since birth. Activities like walking, climbing stairs, or playing with her friends leave her breathless and fatigued. She frequently complains of chest tightness, discomfort, and extreme tiredness. Recently, her parents took her to a nearby hospital and consulted a doctor. Fizza was diagnosed with Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), Pulmonary Stenosis (PS), and Bilateral Branch Pulmonary Artery Stenosis. These conditions are interfering with the normal flow of blood between her heart and lungs. Her doctor has recommended Angiography followed by Open-Heart Surgery for ASD Closure and Pulmonary artery plasty to repair the defects and prevent further complications.
Fizza lives in a small rented house in Karachi with six family members. The family pays PKR 5,000 per month for rent, and their utility bills amount to PKR 1,500. Her father holds a private job and earns a monthly income of only PKR 25,000. This income is barely enough to cover house rent, utilities, and basic needs of the family, including Fizza’s four siblings. Given their financial situation, they cannot afford the cost of this essential surgery.
If left untreated, Fizza’s heart condition may lead to:
Progressive heart failure
High risk of life-threatening infections
Stunted growth due to poor oxygen supply
Reduced life expectancy
Her family has reached out to Transparent Hands and asked for help. Her father shared his plea as follows:
“Fizza’s health is getting worse. We try our best, but there’s no way we can arrange money for this surgery. I just want her to feel better and have a long life. Kindly save our daughter’s life.”
Your generous contributions can heal Fizza’s heart. Give charity today and help her get the surgery to recover and lead a healthy life. Let’s stand together and give this brave girl the gift of health and hope.
