Faiz Ahmed, a 74-year-old resident of Dipalpur, has endured a lot of stress and pain over the last few months. Three years ago, while working in the fields, he suffered a terrible accident that resulted in the amputation of his right leg below the knee. Since then, he has been unable to perform his daily activities and has been dependent on his family for everything. He is eagerly waiting for an artificial leg that will allow him to walk again and regain his independence.

He lives in a small house with his wife and five children. Unfortunately, his family is facing financial constraints, and they cannot afford to purchase a prosthetic leg. Faiz’s son is the sole breadwinner in the family, earning a modest salary of PKR 14,000 per month. Despite his best efforts, he cannot manage the costs of an artificial leg, leaving Faiz feeling hopeless and dejected. Faiz said in distress:
