Mahak Waqar's Story

Mahak Waqar, an 8-year-old resident of Dera Ghazi Khan, is a young child with a heart full of hopes and dreams. Unfortunately, her life took a sad turn when she was diagnosed with a complex congenital heart condition. Her condition has caused her to experience shortness of breath, fatigue, and other health challenges, making it difficult for her to live a normal and healthy life. The doctors have determined that the only hope for Mahak to live a healthy life is through open-heart surgery.

Mahak lives with her mother and three siblings in a modest household. Her mother, despite working hard to provide for the family, cannot afford the expensive surgical expenses required to save Mahak’s life. The financial burden has left her feeling helpless and desperate for a solution.

Mahak’s mother expressed her despair, saying:

“I yearn for the day when my daughter can breathe freely without the weight of her heart condition holding her back. Your generous donations can make a profound difference by alleviating the burden and giving Mahak the chance to experience a future filled with joy, laughter, and good health.”

Recognizing the urgency of Mahak’s situation, her family reached out to Transparent Hands and shared their documents. Transparent Hands has registered Mahak’s case and is actively seeking contributions to provide her with the life-saving treatment she needs. Your support and donation can make a significant impact on Mahak’s life, enabling her to take the first step towards a brighter future.
