One-year-old Momin, a resident of Lahore, has suffered from shortness of breath and cyanosis since birth. He is also unable to gain weight. His parents learned about his condition at the age of one. They took him to a local hospital. After the diagnostic tests and evaluation, the doctor diagnosed him with complex congenital heart conditions involving Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and Major Aortopulmonary Collateral Arteries (MAPCA). The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo Open-Heart Surgery for total correction.

He is living in a rented house with his parents and two siblings. His father has a limited income of PKR 55,000 per month. He works hard every day to provide for his family, but the financial burden of Momin’s surgery is too great for him to bear alone.
