Help Abdul Raheem Hear the World
Abdul Raheem's Story
Abdul Raheem, a 4-year-old resident of Pattoki, has been facing the challenges of hearing loss since the age of one. Concerned about their child’s inability to respond to sounds, his parents took him to the nearest hospital for diagnosis. After undergoing several tests, the doctor has advised them that cochlear implant surgery is the best option for Abdul Raheem to regain his hearing.
In the small house in Pattoki that Abdul Raheem shares with his parents and two siblings, his father is the sole breadwinner, earning a monthly income of PKR 20,000 through his job at a private office. However, a significant portion of his income goes towards essential expenses, such as monthly bills of PKR 2,000, school fees amounting to PKR 3,000, as well as daily expenses and grocery needs. With these financial obligations weighing heavily on Abdul Raheem’s father, he found himself with no viable options to cover the costs associated with the life-changing cochlear implant surgery.
In their pursuit of hope and assistance, Abdul Raheem’s family reached out to Transparent Hands, seeking financial support for their son’s crucial medical intervention. Now, we appeal to your compassion and generosity to join us in making a difference in Abdul Raheem’s life. By donating today, you can help fund his cochlear implant surgery and give him the gift of hearing.
Abdul Raheem’s father expresses his heartfelt plea:
“In desperation and worry, I ask for your help. Our son, Abdul Raheem, needs a cochlear implant surgery we can’t afford, and your generosity could grant him the gift of hearing. We’re truly thankful for any support.”
