Help Arif stand up again for his family!
Muhammad Arif's Story
Muhammad Arif, a married man and a vegetable seller, became the victim of a terrible motorbike accident 3 months ago. The accident made him lose a left femur bone and also crippled his business which is his only source of income. Arif is a single bread winner in his family and now it is impossible for him to make both ends meet while lying on bed. He used to earn 700 rupees at the most daily by selling vegetables on cart. The desperate finance conditions after the accident forced his wife to try selling vegetables outside their house. However the money which was collected for his treatment is not enough to get him back on his feet. Arif could not even get any financial support from his friends and relatives but he has not lost hope yet. Help Arif stand up again for his family!

Muhammad Arif's Story
Muhammad Arif, our very first patient, who broke his left leg (femur) bone in a motorbike accident 3 months ago, was admitted in Zainab Memorial Hospital on 7th August 2014, through Transparent Hands. Muhammad Arif had lost the ability to walk because of his accident. Dr. Masood Ihsan (orthopedic surgeon at Zainab Memorial Hospital) willingly took this case and suggested a DHS (Dynamic Hip Screw) surgery for Arif. The surgery took place on 11th August 2014, and Arif was discharged from the hospital 4 days later. “ I was unable to get out of my bed for 3 months after the accident, but I never lost hope. I knew that one day I will get back on my feet, and now thanks to Transparent Hands, that day is coming.” Arif has gone back to Kasur now, and we wish him all the best!
