Rani Muhammad, a 49-year-old resident of Karachi, had suffered four years of excruciating leg pain. Her life took a tragic turn in 2019 when a devastating road accident left her with a severely broken femur, rendering her unable to walk without enduring intense discomfort. Despite seeking medical attention at a local hospital, her suffering persisted, leaving her desperate for a solution. It was then that her doctor recommended she undergo Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) surgery, which involved Screw Fixation and removal of the Intramedullary (IM) Nail. The surgery offered the hope of restoring her femur bone, relieving her pain, and enabling her to walk properly once more.

After four days of post-operative care and recovery, she was discharged from the hospital. Dr. Kumar advised Rani to schedule a follow-up check-up after one week to monitor her progress.
