Sahib Zari hails from Mardan. For the past three months, she has been suffering from severe abdominal pain. At first, the pain was mild. However, gradually, it has reached a point where Sahib Zari cannot even laugh or cough without wincing in pain. Previously, Sahib Zari has a history of paraumbilical hernia. She has undergone surgery for that as well. Later, upon thorough check-up, the doctor diagnosed her with incisional hernia. Incisional hernias happen when the surgical cut in your abdominal wall doesn’t close properly after surgery, allowing tissue and organs to form a hernia.

To treat this ailment, the doctors have advised Sahib to undergo a Hernioplasty. Hernioplasty is a type of hernia repair surgery where a mesh patch is sewn over the weakened region of tissue.

Sahib Zari's Story

Sahib Zari, aged 32 years, suffered from frequent episodes of abdominal pain for the last three months. On medical consultation, she was diagnosed with incisional hernia.
