Kanwal Needs Surgery for Pyogenic Granuloma

Kanwal Aziz's Story
Kanwal Aziz, a 39-year-old woman from Hyderabad, has been living with a painful condition for the past year. She developed a lesion on her left buttock, which gradually grew in size, causing pain and discomfort. Daily movements such as sitting or walking have become extremely painful for her, affecting her ability to perform everyday tasks and focus on her responsibilities. Concerned about her worsening condition, Kanwal consulted a doctor at a local hospital. After a thorough medical examination and evaluation, she was diagnosed with Pyogenic Granuloma. It is a benign (non-cancerous) growth that appears as a small, red, raised bump on the skin. The doctor has advised surgical excision followed by biopsy to remove the growth and rule out any further complications.
If Kanwal does not undergo the recommended excision, the lesion may continue to grow, increasing the risk of infection. Chronic inflammation and ulceration can further worsen her condition, severely affecting her quality of life.
Kanwal works at a private organization and earns a modest salary of PKR 30,000 per month. Her husband, the only other source of income for the family, is an employee at a private organization. They live with their three school-going children, and their monthly educational expenses amount to PKR 3,000. They also pay PKR 3,000 for their utility bills. Despite their hard work and determination, their financial situation does not allow them to afford the cost of this necessary surgery. Kanwal shared her plea with a heavy heart as follows:
“This painful condition has disrupted my daily life. Even simple movements like sitting or walking have become unbearable. I wish to live a healthy and pain-free life. I humbly request your help so I can recover and care for my family.”
Your generous contributions can make a life-changing difference for Kanwal. With your help, she can undergo the required surgery, heal from her pain, and resume her role as a dedicated mother. Contribute for her surgery and enable her to find comfort and relief.
