Rakhshanda Jabeen, a 39-year-old woman from Islamabad, has been suffering from persistent pain in her right flank for the past few months. The family’s limited income barely covers household expenses, including food and utility bills. With no savings to rely on and no means to arrange money, they are left feeling helpless.
