A fibroid uterus, also known as uterine fibroids or leiomyomas, is a common benign growth of a smooth muscle layer in the uterus. The doctor advised her to undergo total hysterectomy surgery. Noureena was admitted to Murshid Hospital and Healthcare Centre, Karachi, where her surgery was performed skillfully by Dr. Noureen Talpur on 18-05-2023. After three days of careful care and treatment, she was discharged from the hospital and started on the road to recovery and healing.

After the fibroid uterus was taken out, the painful symptoms went away that had been bothering her for a long time.
