Muhammad Zeeshan's Story
Muhammad Zeeshan is suffering from tonsillitis. His tonsils started swelling about a year ago, and now they have grown large. Zeeshan has a bad sore throat because of these tonsils and he feels pain while talking or swallowing food. Zeeshan had his tonsils checked recently and the doctors suggested a general surgery for him, in order to permanently remove these tonsils before they grow any larger.
It is hard to believe that 15 year old Zeeshan is the sole earner of his family. His father has passed away, and the eldest brother does not show any involvement in providing for the family. Zeeshan left his studies while he was in the 9th class and started reciting naats in millads, to earn money for his families expenses and his younger sibling’s education. Ever since the tonsils swelled, Zeeshans doctor advised him not to put more pressure on his voice, so that the swelling and pain does not get worse. It has been a month since Zeeshan avoided millads. The medication he had been taking for a year did not prove helpful for him either, and a general surgery seems to be a last resort for Zeeshan to be relieved from tonsillitis. However the surgery is expensive and Zeeshan cannot pay for it from his earnings. He needs your help and support!
