Relieve Roshi’s Pain with Hysterectomy

Roshi Panhor's Story
Roshi Panhor, a 55-year-old woman from Matiari, Sindh, has been battling with a painful condition for the past two years. A lump frequently emerges through her genital tract, causing her severe discomfort and disrupting every aspect of her daily life. Roshi experiences persistent pain and bleeding, making even the simplest of tasks exhausting. She is unable to care for her children or manage household responsibilities. Concerned for her deteriorating health, she recently visited a local hospital. After thorough testing, the doctor diagnosed her with Uterine Prolapse, a condition that results from the weakening of pelvic floor muscles, causing the uterus to descend into the vaginal canal.
To provide her relief and prevent further complications, the doctor has advised a Vaginal Hysterectomy. Unfortunately, the financial burden of this surgery is beyond the family’s means. If left untreated, Roshi’s condition may worsen over time, leading to:
Permanent tissue damage
Chronic pelvic pain
Urinary and bowel issues
Increased risk of infections
Roshi lives in a modest mud house with her husband and five children. Her husband is currently unemployed, while her two sons work at a grocery shop, collectively earning PKR 30,000 per month. With utility bills amounting to PKR 3,000, and other household expenses, the family struggles to make ends meet. Affording the cost of the surgery is not possible for them. In desperation and pain, Roshi has reached out to Transparent Hands for help. Roshi shared her emotional plea with us as follows:
“This illness has badly affected me physically and mentally. I feel helpless when I can’t take care of my home or my children. I just want this pain to end. I request you to help me get this surgery so I can live a normal life again.”
Roshi is relying on your generosity. Your donations can ease her pain and restore her dignity. Give Sadaqah today to help Roshi receive the much-needed surgery and regain her strength.
