Amna Shahzadi's Story

Amna Shahzadi, a spirited three-year-old girl residing in Faisalabad, has been silently navigating through life without the gift of sound. Born without the ability to hear, her world lacks the enchanting melodies, peals of laughter, and voices of her loved ones. However, there is a glimmer of hope on the horizon for Amna—a chance to experience the joy of hearing through a life-changing cochlear implant surgery.

Amna’s doctors have recommended cochlear implant surgery as the most promising avenue for her to regain her precious sense of hearing. Amna’s father, a devoted earner, toils tirelessly to provide for his family. With a humble monthly income of just 53,000 PKR, he struggles to make ends meet while supporting Amna and her two siblings. Living in a rented house and bearing the responsibility of seven family members, the financial burden of Amna’s surgery is a weight he cannot bear alone.
