Two-year-old Abdullah, a resident of Lahore, has suffered from shortness of breath, cyanosis, and repeated episodes of chest infections since birth. He is also unable to gain weight. His parents learned about his condition at the age of one. They took him to a local hospital. After the diagnostic tests and evaluation, the doctor diagnosed him with complex congenital heart conditions involving Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and Major Aortopulmonary Collateral Arteries (MAPCA). The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo open-heart surgery for total correction.

He is living in a rented house with his parents and one sibling. His father earns only PKR 20,000 per month. He works hard every day to support his family, but his father’s income is insufficient to cover the high cost of cardiac surgery. Abdullah’s father said in despair:
