Muhammad Rayyan's Story

Rayan’s congenital heart defects may break his parents’ dreams into many pieces. Rayan struggles to breathe properly and gains weight despite his best efforts and brave fight. He is a tiny warrior who fights for his life every day. He can overcome this challenge and live the life he deserves—a life filled with laughter, joy, and endless potential. He just needs one more chance, and heart surgery is that chance. This surgery will save his life and let him grow, play, and live his life without fear. We urge you to donate and save Rayan’s little heart to help him lead a healthy life.

Two-year-old Rayan, a resident of Rawalpindi, has suffered from shortness of breath, cyanosis, and repeated episodes of chest infections since birth. He is also unable to gain weight. His parents learned about his condition at the age of one when he suddenly fainted. They took him to a local hospital. After the diagnostic tests and evaluation, the doctor diagnosed him with complex congenital heart conditions involving Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and Major Aortopulmonary Collateral Arteries (MAPCA). The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo open-heart surgery for total correction.

He is living in a rented house with his parents and one sibling. His father earns only PKR 25,000 per month. He works hard every day to support his family, but Rayan’s surgery is too costly for him to bear on his own. His father’s income is insufficient to cover the high cost of cardiac surgery. He said in despair:

I look forward to the time when he will be able to take deep breaths without experiencing pressure in his chest. Your generous contributions are the only thing that will make this possible.

His family reached out to Transparent Hands and submitted his documents. His case is registered with us. With your contribution, we can provide him with the treatment he needs and add many years to his life. This is where you can make a difference. Donate today to save Rayan’s little heart and help him take the first step toward a brighter future. We can make it happen with your generous donations.

Muhammad Rayyan's Story

Two-year-old Rayyan, a resident of Rawalpindi, had suffered from shortness of breath, cyanosis, and repeated episodes of chest infections since birth. His parents learned about his condition at the age of one, when he suddenly fainted.

However, Rayyan's family faced financial constraints, making the cost of the necessary angiography and subsequent surgery an overwhelming burden. In their desperate search for help, they turned to Transparent Hands, seeking financial support and hope for their beloved child.

Thanks to the generosity of donors, Transparent Hands stepped in to provide much-needed financial assistance. Rayyan underwent an angiography at Ittefaq Hospital, Lahore, by Dr. Asim on 12-04-2023. This was a medical procedure that allowed doctors to gain vital insights into the complexity of his heart condition. The results revealed the presence of TOF along with major aortopulmonary collateral arteries, providing a comprehensive understanding of the challenges he faced. He was discharged from the hospital after two days.

Armed with this vital information, the medical team decided to opt for a medical treatment plan instead of immediately proceeding with major surgery. The significant results from the angiography allowed them to tailor a more suitable and less invasive approach to address Rayyan's condition effectively.

In the midst of the darkness of their struggles, the medical procedure was a ray of light for his family to cling to as hope. Rayyan was able to receive the necessary medical care thanks to the assistance of Transparent Hands, and they also gave him hope for the future. They are thankful to the donors who provided the necessary medical care for the child. Many children like Rayyan looking for your online donations
