Shafi Needs Hernioplasty to Overcome Groin Pain

Muhammad Shafi, a 60-year-old man from Lahore, has been experiencing unbearable pain for months. What started as mild discomfort in his right groin has now turned into a painful lump. His illness makes it difficult for him to stand, sit, or even walk properly. The swelling continues to grow, and each passing day adds to his suffering. Shafi lives in a modest rented house with his wife and one kid. He works as a security guard, and his wife sews clothes to contribute to their household income. Together, they earn only PKR 28,000 per month, just enough to cover the house rent of PKR 10,000, food, and other basic expenses. As his condition worsens, Shafi fears losing his ability to work and provide for his family. The financial burden of the surgery is far beyond their reach, leaving them in a helpless situation.
