Farhan was born with a heart problem that is causing him a lot of difficulties. His parents are really worried and scared because he has trouble breathing and is not gaining weight like other children. But he is a brave boy, and he fights for his life every single day. He can overcome this challenge and have a happy life full of laughter and endless possibilities. He just needs one more chance, and that chance is a critical Rastelli surgery. This surgery will help his heart function better and give him the opportunity to strive better in life. Farhan, an 11-year-old resident of Multan, has been suffering from dyspnea, cyanosis, fever, and chest pain episodes. He is unable to gain weight. His parents noticed these symptoms when he was just a month old. They took him to the local hospital. After running some diagnostic tests, the cardiologist diagnosed him with transposition of the great arteries (TGA), pulmonary valve stenosis, and a ventricular septal defect (VSD). The cardiologist advised him to undergo a Rastelli procedure followed by angiography. 

He lives with his parents and five siblings. His father is the family’s sole breadwinner and earns PKR 20,000 monthly as a daily wager. He is financially unable to manage the surgical expenses, and time is running out. He said in a depressed tone:

“Please give my son a chance at a healthy future by making a donation toward the necessary cardiac surgery.”
