Preety Raheel, a 22-year-old resident of Karachi, is pregnant with her second child. In her seventh month of pregnancy, she went to the local hospital for a checkup. Considering her current situation, the gynecologist has advised her to undergo a lower-segment Cesarean section to deliver her baby. In this operation, a surgical incision (cut) is made in the lower segment of the uterus to deliver a baby.

She lives in a rented house with her husband and one child. Her husband is not in stable financial condition; they are in urgent need of support and hope. Preety said the following words in despair:
