Her husband works as a laborer, earning a daily wage of only Rs. 900. They have two young daughters, aged 4.5 years and 2.5 years, respectively. Living in a joint family with a small house of 12 Marlas, they struggle to make ends meet daily.

Shaheena's delicate health condition required specialized medical care during the delivery process. Unfortunately, her family's financial situation was far from stable, making it impossible for them to afford the expenses of this elective procedure. After two days of post-operative care, she was discharged from the hospital, cradling her precious bundle of joy in her arms.
