Talha, a 15-year-old resident of Sargodha, has been facing the challenges of an abnormal urinary pathway since birth. He was diagnosed with hypospadias with chordee, a condition where the opening of the urethra is not located at the tip of the penis, causing urinary difficulties and curvature of the penis. Fortunately, with the help of Transparent Hands, Talha underwent his first stage of Bracka repair, a surgical procedure aimed at correcting hypospadias and chordee. This initial intervention was a crucial step toward improving his condition. However, to ensure a complete and lasting recovery, his doctor has advised him to undergo the second stage of Bracka repair.
