Muhammad Yasin's Story

Yasin’s chronic adenitis makes it hard for him to get out of a web of pain and discomfort. With a persistent sore throat and swallowing challenges, simple tasks become difficult. The recommended surgery will give him hope, but he cannot afford it, so he uses medicines and home remedies to feel better in the short term. Please donate and support Yasin’s adeno tonsillectomy to bring solace, ease his pain, and restore his quality of life.

Muhammad Yasin, a 15-year-old resident of Karachi, has been enduring the pain and discomfort of swollen lymph glands in his throat since birth, affecting his ability to enjoy everyday life. He went to different hospitals and got symptomatic treatment. But with the passage of time, his symptoms increased in frequency. Recently, he visited an ENT specialist, who diagnosed him with chronic Adenaditis. It is characterized by persistent inflammation of the lymph glands, indicating an ongoing infection.  An ENT specialist advised him to undergo adeno tonsillectomy. It is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of both the adenoids and the tonsils, which are lymphoid tissues located at the back of the throat. He needs this surgery to alleviate chronic or recurrent infections and breathing difficulties.

Yasin’s father finds himself in a heartbreaking situation amidst their daily struggles. As the sole provider for his wife and seven children, his monthly income of 30,000 rupees is insufficient to meet their most basic needs. The burden gets even heavier when he finds out how much Yasin’s surgery will cost. He said it with a trembling voice.

“I am the sole provider for my family, earning meagerly. Your generosity can bring my son’s surgery closer, and our gratitude will know no bounds.”

In this hour of need, Yasin’s family reached out to Transparent Hands, and we recognized the urgency and depth of his situation. We are determined to collect the necessary funds with the help of the collective power of generosity. We urge you to support Yasin’s adenotonsillectomy, help alleviate his suffering, and open doors to a healthier future.

It is characterized by persistent inflammation of the lymph glands, indicating an ongoing infection.  An ENT specialist advised him to undergo adeno tonsillectomy.

For Yasin and his family, the news of the necessary surgery brought both hope and concern. They were aware of the significant financial burden associated with surgical procedures, and Yasin's father, a hardworking individual with limited means, found himself unable to afford the surgical expenses. In this challenging situation, Yasin's father reached out to Transparent Hands for financial assistance.

We responded to Yasin's father's plea for assistance. Understanding the urgency of Yasin's condition and the financial constraints his family faced, we mobilized our resources to secure the necessary funds for the surgery.
