Noreen, aged thirty-one, a Multan resident, is expecting her fourth child. She had all the child births through emergency Cesarean Section Surgeries. That is why this time, the Gynaecologist has advised Noreen to undergo an Elective Cesarean Section Surgery to avoid any risks and complications considering previous medical history. 

Noreen’s husband is a daily wager who merely earns PKR. 350 a day. With a family of five to raise, and this meager monthly income, he is hardly managing to put food on table. In these dark and helpless circumstances, it is impossible for her husband to be able to arrange the amount of her procedure.
