Zewar Bibi's Story
Zewar Bibi, 24 years of age, is expecting her third baby. She has two children, both were delivered through C-sections due to complicated labor. This time as well, Zewar Bibi is going through similar complications because of which, the best course of action is a C-section delivery.
Zewar herself is a homemaker and is not earning. Her husband has been appointed as an office boy at their local school, earning a salary of 16,000 PKR/month. This salary alone is responsible for the upkeep of his household. Since he cannot spare any money for his wife’s approaching surgery, he and Zewar applied to a couple of local hospitals for a free procedure. They did not get an affirmation from either of them. When they learned about Transparent Hands, they decided to try here and were approved for registration.

Zewar Bibi's Story
Zewar, 24 year old, was about to have her 3rd childbirth. She had surgeries done for previous childbirths. This time she was advised elective surgery again. Her C-section was done on 24-07-20 in Maqsooda Zia Hospital, by Dr. Sadia Hammad. She was happy to give birth to a baby girl. She stayed for 2 days in the hospital and was discharged along with her healthy baby.
