Hina Shafique's Story

Hina Shafique, a 26-year-old woman from Lahore, is over 30 weeks pregnant and preparing to welcome a new life into the world. As a mother of two and currently in her second pregnancy, her gynecologist has advised an elective C-section for a safe delivery. Given her medical history of two C-sections, a normal delivery will cause risks to both the mother and the baby. The planned surgical delivery is necessary to prevent complications and ensure the well-being of both.

Despite the importance of this procedure, Hina is unable to undergo it. She is a housewife and depends entirely on her husband’s limited income. Her husband works as a factory worker and earns just PKR 25,000 per month. This modest amount barely covers all household expenses, including food, utilities, and the needs of their two children. Their utility bills amount to around PKR 5,000 each month, leaving very little for other essential expenses.

She is anxious not just about her own health but also about the safety of her unborn child. As her due date approaches, she is desperately seeking support to undergo the surgery in time. During this difficult moment, Hina has turned to Transparent Hands for assistance.

Hina shared her heartfelt appeal as follows:

“This is supposed to be a joyful time, but I’m constantly worried. I just want to hold my baby in my arms without the fear of something going wrong. I request you to help me bring my baby into this world safely.”

You can be the reason Hina welcomes her child with peace of mind and joy. Donate now to make Hina’s C-section possible and protect two precious lives. Your help can turn her fear into relief and gratitude.

Extend your support today.
