Abida Parveen, a 45-year-old woman from Lahore, has been experiencing a growing lump on the front of her neck for several years. Initially, she managed her symptoms with medicines prescribed for her hypothyroid status. Later, she was shifted to antithyroid drugs, but the lump kept increasing in size. Now, she is facing significant difficulty in swallowing food, which has deeply affected her daily life. Recently, after a detailed medical evaluation, the doctor diagnosed her with Simple Multinodular Goiter (MNG).
