Reema Desperately Needs Foot Corrective Surgery

Reema Murad 's Story
Reema Murad, a 24-year-old woman from Hyderabad, has been suffering from a left foot deformity since birth. It has made it difficult for her to walk normally. Recently, Reema visited a doctor for a check-up, hoping for a solution to her condition. After performing a thorough examination, the doctor diagnosed Reema with left clubfoot, a condition in which a person’s foot is turned inwards. The doctor strongly recommended left foot corrective surgery to restore her foot’s alignment and improve her mobility. Unfortunately, the surgical cost is overwhelming for her family.
Without surgery, her condition will continue to deteriorate, making it even harder for her to perform daily activities. She may face significant long-term disability due to the untreated clubfoot deformity.
Reema lives in a modest single-room house. Her parents are disabled and unable to work. The only breadwinner in her family is her brother who works as a laborer, earning just PKR 20,000 per month. With this limited income, he struggles to cover household expenses, leaving no room for medical treatments. Despite their hardships, they have remained strong, but the cost of Reema’s surgery is beyond their reach.
With tears in her eyes, Reema shared her emotions as follows:
“I have been living with this condition for a long time. Every day, I struggle to walk. I don’t want to face permanent disability. I am asking for your help so I can live a normal and healthy life.”
Reema’s future is in your hands. With your generous support, she can undergo the life-changing surgery she needs to walk with confidence and ease.

Reema Murad 's Story
Reema Murad, a 24-year-old woman from Hyderabad, has lived with a left foot deformity since birth. Her condition made it difficult for her to walk normally, and over time, it affected her confidence and ability to participate in daily life. Recently, Reema visited a local hospital for a medical consultation. After a thorough evaluation, the doctor diagnosed her with left clubfoot—a condition where the foot is twisted inward, affecting posture, movement, and balance. The doctor advised left foot corrective surgery to realign her foot and significantly improve her mobility. However, the cost of the surgery was far beyond her family's financial means. Reema lives in a modest, single-room house with her family. Her parents are disabled and unable to work, which places the entire burden of supporting the family on her brother. He works as a laborer and earns just PKR 20,000 per month—an amount that barely covers household expenses such as food and utilities. Due to such circumstances, saving for surgery was impossible. Determined to change her future, Reema and her family reached out to Transparent Hands. After reviewing her case, we quickly registered her to undergo surgery. On April 30, 2025, Reema was admitted to Isra University Welfare Hospital in Hyderabad. The surgery to correct her left clubfoot was successfully performed by Dr. Fahad Jatoi on May 1, 2025. After receiving proper post-operative care, she was discharged in stable condition on May 2, 2025. With joy and hope in her voice, Reema said: “For years, I lived with pain and limitations. I never thought I’d be able to walk normally. Your support has changed my life. I feel confident and free, and I finally see a future filled with possibilities.” After surgery, Reema has regained balance and mobility. She walks more comfortably now. This incredible change was only possible because of your generosity. Reema and her family are deeply thankful for your kindness in helping her move towards a brighter future.
