Save Yaseen’s Life with Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Muhammad Yaseen's Story
Muhammad Yaseen, a 63-year-old man from Kashmir, is suffering from repeated episodes of breathlessness and chest pain. He feels exhausted and fatigued while working as a rickshaw driver. Any mild to moderate physical activity leaves him breathless. Concerned about his well-being, he consulted a doctor at a local hospital. After performing a detailed medical examination, the doctor diagnosed Yaseen with Triple Vessel Coronary Artery Disease (TVCAD). It is a severe form of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) where all three major coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart are narrowed or blocked by plaque buildup (atherosclerosis).
Yaseen received medical treatment, but it did not improve his condition. Now his doctor has advised Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) via open-heart surgery. However, the cost of the surgery is beyond his family’s means. Without this surgery, Yaseen may face severe complications such as a heart attack due to the compromised blood flow to the heart. Therefore, timely surgical intervention is essential to save his life.
Yaseen has one child, and he lives in a small rented home with his four family members. He and his son work as rickshaw drivers and bring in just PKR 40,000 per month. A significant portion of their income goes towards their house rent of PKR 18,000, utility bills, as well as grocery expenses. With no savings at all and no assets to fall back on, Yaseen has reached out to Transparent Hands and asked for assistance.
Yaseen said with tear-filled eyes:
“For a long time, I have been facing serious health challenges caused by my heart disease. I am unable to breathe freely. While driving my rickshaw, I face shortness of breath and difficulty in driving. I want to get rid of this disease, but I don’t have enough money to pay for the surgery. I want you to be generous and support my life-saving heart surgery.”
The clock is ticking for Yaseen. Only you can help save his life and give him the chance to lead a life free from heart complications.
Be a source of hope for Yaseen and give generously.
