Nazia Jameel's Story

Nazia Jameel, a 26-year-old woman from Karachi, is 34+ weeks pregnant and anxiously awaiting the arrival of her child. However, she is facing complications during pregnancy. Due to her history of two C-sections, her doctor has strongly advised that she should undergo another C-section. Her gynecologist has made this decision to ensure the safety of both the mother and the baby.

This surgical procedure is crucial for Nazia, as attempting a natural delivery in her condition carries high risks. It may lead to uterine rupture, excessive bleeding, and danger to the baby’s life. The C-section will provide her with a safe delivery and protect her from life-threatening complications.

However, Nazia and her family are unable to afford the surgery. Her husband works as a laborer and earns just PKR 30,000 per month. They live in a rented house, paying PKR 6,000 each month for rent. Along with that, they spend around PKR 2,000 on utility bills. Their school-going son’s monthly fee of PKR 3,700 adds to their financial hardships. After covering these basic needs, nothing remains to pay for Nazia’s much-needed C-section. During this challenging time, Nazia and her husband reached out to Transparent Hands and asked for help.

Nazia said in despair:

“I am afraid. The doctor has told me a C-section is the only safe option, but we don’t have enough money. My husband works so hard, yet we cannot save enough for the surgery. I request you to help us during this difficult time.”

Your support can change Nazia’s life. By contributing for her C-section, you will not only save her life but also ensure the safe birth of her baby. Together, we can ease her suffering and bring joy to this struggling family.

Donate generously so Nazia can undergo this life-saving surgery and embrace motherhood once again with new hope.
