Shazia Shabir, a 38-year-old woman from Kasur, is going through an extremely challenging time as she prepares to give birth to her fourth child. Shazia has already undergone three previous C-sections, making this pregnancy highly risky. She is a housewife and spends her days caring for her children and managing the household. Her husband works as a driver and earns only PKR 30,000 per month, which is insufficient for the family.
