Absar’s Heart was Saved

Muhammad Absar's Story

One-year-old Absar from Bhakhar had been experiencing breathing difficulties, bluish discoloration, and frequent chest infections since birth, along with difficulty gaining weight. Upon examination, he was found to have several heart conditions, including Left Atrial Isomerism, Double Inlet Right Ventricle, and Unbalanced Common Atrioventricular Canal. The doctor recommended that he undergo Open-Heart Surgery with CP Shunt. He was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital, Lahore, where Dr. Asim Khan performed the surgery on 19-10-2022.

After spending four days in the hospital, Absar was discharged and his heart condition is now stable. We are grateful to our donors and PCHF for their support.
